Prescribed heroin (!)

The only problem is no one reads as much as they should. They would rather watch "reality" programs.

Well, yeah. But, you can't learn anything about real life by reading a book. The things you learn in school are only helpful in very limited situations, when you look at reality.

Sentence should have been "people doing stuns".

Ok, I still have no idea what that is.

It depends on which books you read, Chief. Of course, those mandatory readings in school doesnt worth :2 cents: but... i can say that i learned a lot about life while reading. :)

I remember that book i have read when i was 12 or 13. It was an autobiography of a young girl who became addicted to *******. I swear that i am still affraid of ******* even nowadays!

Schools don't teach much of anything.

Books can teach you a lot if you want to learn.

If you read a book that explains how to perform a heart transplant and gives details which are 100% accurate and 100% easy to understand, that doesn't mean that you can walk into an OR and start doing surgery. Why? Because, books don't teach you that much, in all reality. Experience does.

That example is blatantly true, Chef. I know that you know it wasnt what i meant. :)

what's the point of debating whether people know it's addicting or not? the fact is that it is addicting and people are addicted to it. the basis for why they started using could be a prime factor in getting them to stop, but saying "fuck you, junkie, you're on your own." certainly won't help at all. that's what addicting means, it means that people can't stop under their own free will.

here's a shocking idea, not everyone who does ***** is a bad person. and a lot of bad people who do ***** wouldn't be without the *****.

Agreed.

let me add though that doesn't give you an excuse to act like a shithead and should not be permitted to be inflicted upon reasonable people.

*that is the hypothetical you, not you or anyone in particular.
