Hyapatia Lee did some work while she was pregnant and lactating in the 80's. She was flakey as hell, but still hot looking... before, during and after. Madison Mason seems to have done at least as much work while preganant as not. Same with Kelly Summer... both still really cute. The girl that does Knocked Up Nikki seems to have a site devoted to her being pregnant, and she's pretty cute.
But from what I've heard over the years, a lot of bigger name girls don't like to work with the companies that specialize in the pregnant/lactation fetish. I guess they have a rep as being even more seedy than the "regular porn" companies? :dunno: Plus, that might be a part of their lives that they'd rather keep private - and there might be a health issue too, at some point.
I've been with girls who could lactate, but I've never been with a girl who was visibly pregnant. Something different to look at though.

What's the percentage of pornstars who come back after giving birth? Don't most of them exit the biz after they have a kid?

I never thought a person being pregnant automatically made a women turn ugly or anything like that. It has a certain beautiful elegance to it in a motherly glow sort of way. With that said I wouldn't, with the exception of maybe someday my future wife, really want to see a pregnant woman naked. That does nothing for me and is a turnoff.
