It's true that many trannies look much better than genetically-born females. This is the scary thing but they can shave the down the adam's apple so you can't tell that way. The hand thing is a good way to tell except that some real life chicks have man hands, and then you also have to factor in Asians who are generally built smaller thus smaller hands than your average NA male.
