Some of these ladies look surprisingly good without makeup, while others…Riley Reid seems to pop up all the time on Freeones top 30 list. That picture of Riley without makeup on she looks like a plucked chicken. That trend of taking non-makeup pics was popularized by stars who've already made it. People who are in such a financially precarious position like most pornstars are, should think twice before posting those pics. But if they had better judgement, many of them would not have gone into porn in the first place.
You can see how good looking a lot of the older top shelf performers are relative to most of the younger talent. Kendra Lust is 34 years old and better looking than most of the 19-23 year olds out there.

It's telling that Naughty Alysha is probably 50 years old but looks better without makeup than a lot of these gals. Jennifer Dark deserves credit too, and I'm not even a fan of either of them btw.

Random thoughts; wonder where usage of makeups originate and how usage of makeups have evolved over time...
What do women who use ridiculous amount of makeups actually think? I look like a princess? I finally hid that zit? I've actually never heard a man say that woman with a lot of makeups would look attractive to them, but comments about lot of makeup have always been the complete opposite to having positive effect... Thought I cannot really say what those people who never say anything think, maybe they like to bite the powder dust, maybe not...

very interesting question, i also wonder about where it all started and how it has changed over the last decade. what i will say is, i prefer women natural. i find us men don't care about 'flaws' all that much and it is other women who are making women feel insecure about how they look. on the other hand, the makeup definitely helped some of these women look better than they would without so i guess there will always be that double edged *****.

Bree Olson looks plain and very old without makeup. Silvia Saint is naturally beautiful, but she is getting up there.

I agree with you pretty much, but feel too lazy to discuss much further on that matter from my view... Maybe girls actually want to look uglier... I know couple girls who have much above average looks without makeups compared to girls with makeups, but they tend fill their faces with makeups to look like if a rainbow pony pee'd on their face, which I find quite awkward and silly...
