Why is it awful? Because you don't agree with the look? I don't understand why girls would tattoo their entire backs or get full sleeves but that doesn't mean I'd say it is awful. Everyone has an opinion and saying you don't like it is your prerogative but calling it a deformation is just wrong. She didn't do it for you and ultimately only one person has to be happy with it.

If people don't like breast implants that's fine, find solace in the billions of women who don't have fake boobs.

You can die getting almost any surgery. If she had died getting her tonsils removed would some complain that people shouldn't have that done too? Any surgery is a risk and you need to weigh that risk against the benefits and be confident in your surgeon. However, many of these quacks I wouldn't let work on my car let alone perform surgery on me.

These pictures are from Graciella Carvalho , the current brazilian sensation, she was "elected" 2nd place in Miss Bumbum in 2011, and after that appeared in many magazines, TV shows and other events, usually lezzying with other girls (just lesbian kisses and touching). Let me troll again!

Scheila Carvalho was a very beautiful brazilian dancer in the 1990s and, at the end of the decade, did some nude photos. These pictures are 1=probably from 1996, 2=posing with Sheila Mello (both were dancers in the same group) in the 1999-09 Playboy edition (I hope this small break of copyright may be interpreted as "fair use"). The only flaw I can see in her is that she should remove the bikini marks.

However, in the early 2000s she surgically enlarged her breasts. 3=after breast augmentation.
