Big difference is I don't think I'm immune to criticism of the shirt and haircut that I thought looked good. Also, I don't work in an industry where I get paid based upon the way my shirt and haircut look. And I would be very, very surprised if more people thought these after pics looked better.

Good implants and bad implants have always been around. I don't really have a problem with a girl wanting larger breasts, in fact, some look better afterwards.
What I DO have a problem with is the growing number of pornstars (and tons of Instagram models) who are trying to emulate Kim K. by enlarging their butts to the point where they look absolutely absurd. I don't like to call anyone out - and I won't - but I could name at least a dozen of them who look a lot worse now.
It's one thing to want larger breasts simply because you want larger boobs. It's an entirely different thing when you feel the need to look like someone else.
