I disagree. Beauty is absolutely and positively in the eye of the beholder. What one person thinks is unattractive, someone thinks IS attractive and vice versa. But what gets me the most is that no one deserves to be ridiculed, especially based on something as fickle as a personal opinion.
In case you haven't noticed, all the girls mentioned above are extremely popular. That's pretty basic evidence that someone is finding them more than attractive. May not be you, may not be me, but a crap ton of other people are whacking it just fine. :dunno:

Hey Guys, i dont understand whats happening with a few Pornstars.
They had such great awesome Tits and now they looks very awful. Nipples looks bad and the have big scars over the Tits. Why they are doing this ?

You do Lisa Ann justice. It was taken around 2008 - 2009. The first picture you chose of Lisa Ann is pretty good when she has her hands or arms clasped around or near them. There are some pictures of her at her site, thelisaann.com where her nipples are actually going in different directions. They are not parallel to one another. Most of her members, me included, think that she looks better now than in 2008 when your first picture was taken. However, if you see pictures of her from way back when in 1995 - 1997, there is no comparison. Pictures of her in 1995 - 1997 when she was natural are better than 2008 - 2009 or even now.
As for Eva Notty, people mentioned age and yes that is good. However there is only so much saline you can put in there. The scarring under the nipple is only way the doctor can put it in now because she is probably on her third or fourth procedure. The better way, is to go through and under the armpits, under the chest cavity, and onto the upper chest. But that may have been exhausted in the earlier operations and it can't be done that way now.

You are probably right. But to me, it looks off because there is too much saline in there in both breasts. She needs to have a reset.
Another pornstar that had re-sets is Abbey Brooks. Where the implant actually moved. Look at some of her pictures at Cherry Pimps.
Some pornstars also rushed out too fast on photoshoots before recuperating from surgery. That's an example of Audrey Bitoni's career described in a few phrases.
