Expecting someone in the industry to perform in ANY manner without allowing them revenue stream is like asking your auto mechanic to fix your car when you have no intention of ever paying him/her. In addition, every fuck-a-fan site that I'm familiar with makes their revenue through membership sales, not through charging the fan. In fact, the two that I know well actually pay for the testing of the fan and cover all costs associated with the shoot.
