Yes it would because most girls will not yet have matured mentally and psychologically at that age and to make a decision to go into porn at that young age without thinking about or possibly even knowing about the consequences for her future and that makes it ***** exploitation. I would say that not all women will have matured enough even by the age of 18, but there has to be an enforceable limit somewhere and 18 is currently what it is set at.
