While I might have a certain amount of sympathy for some wide-eyed, crazy brave, super patriot kid, who joins the military (signs a contract) at 18 and goes off to some foreign shithole and gets a leg blown off... two shits are not given by me about this whiny millennial. She could have had an attorney (legal aid or otherwise) take a look at the contract if she didn't understand something.

We all do dumb things when we're younger. Getting kicked in the ass is part of growing into adulthood. But ya gotta own it in order to learn from it. If she doesn't do that, she won't be worth $4 million (or whatever) long after her looks fade... which is inevitable.
