I don't think Ginger ever used her last name while in porn. Used it when she tried crossing over to regular movies i.e. Police Academy. I think there are a lot of woman that have used their real first & middle names, besides Ginger, Julia Ann, Lisa Ann (there must be dozens of Anns & Lynns alone; ) I think most that have used their full real name may have gotten there accidentally; started in modelling, did a little nude modelling, thought they could do some g/g porn under an alias, then the "figure studies" get sold to Penthouse, Club, High Society etc. under real name, and oh well! (Janine Lindemulder) Some bring established nicknames with them into porn, Stormy Daniels was "Stormy" Daniels in High School, and Stoya is a shortening of her last name and she was called that in school.
