bizarre story.

1) why is she suing after 3-4 years???
2) why was John S. still being allowed to perform in porn vids if he was known to have the disease for years?
3) how did she not know if it was public knowledge he had the disease? she didn't ask for test results?

I think the hypocracy of some people is hilarious that this guy Stagliano is screwing trannys or guys or whatever and gets HIV way back in 1997 and is still appearing in pornos. Yet when I brought his situation up in the Marcus thread, people wanted to act like it didn't exist.

So ready to condemn Marcus, but yet apparently this guy gets a pass...where are all the people clamoring for him to be charged with a FELONY and banned from the industry. Yeah I know he just uses dildos on girls and touches them on the butt or whatever, and I know he apparently says his tests have been coming back clean as of late, but that is absolutely no excuse or consolation. I'm quite sure any model would want to know that he had EVER tested positive for HIV before working with him, no exceptions.

Also note that this porn star Kate Summers has done at least 40 or 50 condomless scenes since the Buttman incident in 2009/2010 with no requirement that she now publicly disclose her HIV status. Eventhough she is suing Stagliano for haviing sexual contact with her while having HIV.

I remember hearing about him getting HIV. It has to be well known throughout the industry, agreeing to work with him, in ANY physical capacity seems pretty odd. I've seen MANY of the Buttman movies, he really didn't seem to appear in many scenes, beyond his perverted little way of worshiping the girls ass. Occasionally putting a finger in her bunghole, or kissing a butt cheek. If he's doing anything in front of the camera now, it's irresponsible...even just using a toy on a girl. If he spit on, to lube it up...he fucked up.

I remember an actor named Marc Wallace falsifying an AIDS test result t work. He allegedly infected Brooke Ashley. She sued him, although I have no idea if she was successful, or if either one is currently sick. Nor do I have a link to the story...I seem to remember reading it in Hustler magazine.
