No that isn't true, it was on Twitter but some perfomrer said who knew him said it wasn't Pumper. Yes he did fake an HIV test and alot of company won't hire him, that cause him to get fired from Evil Angel. BTW they said it was a guy who worked in Miami, and did scene for Brazzers.

Couple questions for ya:

1) If as you claim, the porn industry would be forced, FORCED to pack up and leave California, where exactly are they going to end up? Nevada? That's really great, except for the fact that outside of Vegas the state is an empty shithole that just happens to be boiling hot and a fucking desert, none of which is conducive for making people want to get naked and fuck in the boiling hot sun for hours and hours on end while being filmed. And spare me the whole, 'but...but...but prostitution is hte legal in Nevada!!!!!!!!!!!!' First off, that's 100% wrong. Prostitution is legal in a a few, very few, counties in Nevada, none of which happen to be where Vegas is situated. First of all, so fucking what? What does prostitution being legal in parts of Nevada have to do with the porn industry, outside of the fact that a good percentaqe of porn stars work second jobs as semi-high end escorts, and a few have worked in some of the aforementioned brothels in the counties where said brothels are legal. Florida? Please. skull crumpling humidity and heat and awful bugs in horrifying numbers isn't a conducive atmosphere for fucking either, even if Score does have it's headquarters and studio in Miami. Going overseas to a foreign country? That's too laughable to even consider so I will dismiss it out of hand.

2) Seeing as both Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush are considered to have been/be 'bible thumpers' how do you explain the fact that the porn industry thrived and grew exponentially under both administrations, as well as the fact that NONE of the current candidates for President have said dick about the porn biz, either pro or con vis-a-vie your claim that said industry will be shut down if a 'bible thumper' wins the 2012 election?

You got a point there, if it mean condom in porn then the industry could move to Nevada. The porn industry bring in million of dollar's to California every year. This how badly does California want the industry to leave. They are too busy trying to get an NFL team to LA, but by this time next year the industry will be out of that state for good.

There is risk in the industry that performers have to take on if they want to work in it. Sadly, that risk will sometimes result in something bad, but the performers know or should know what they are getting into when they go into it, and if they don't want to take it they shouldn't be in the industry. The industry isn't for everybody that's for sure. All the risk can't be taken out of life.


On the other hand if what some of the rumors are true and the people that produced the material with the potentially infected person and the performer knew he tested positive and still chose to work I hope everybody guilty that's involved is permanently blacked listed in the industry for life, made a pariah, and gets sued out of existence along with any other legal repercussions they should rightfully face.
