Does anyone know how to register an account on Premium Link Upgrade ?

This looks like a great site to host pics/gifs/videos/etc., but I can't seem to find how to upload, or register an account.

From what it looks like, everything is taken from Reddit. I don't see any other place to upload or to make an account either. Searching for me only directs to all of the individual pages, which links back to Reddit.

Well, that sucks. I thought I had finally found a good site where I could host any media (pics & vids).
