I think you already appreciate that she is not anything to do with porn so I don't know why you are peristing with this.
Models who feature in stock images tend not to be identified, anyway - as a rule.
All I will say is that I would love to have seen the original ad just to see it in its full context because I don't understand the need for them to use someone like this in one of their ads; assuming it wasn't all made up to begin with.
