It is a scene from RealityKings and I am pretty sure it is specifically Milf Hunter. I have been on the site and can't seem to find the scene and lost it on my computer. Anyway, it is a blonde chick in a black shirt and denim skirt and I believe she has a tattoo on her arm. I think she is German. I practically know the scene by heart lol. The main guy shoots her panties like a rubber band early on and later she is riding him on the bed and takes her heels off.
