In the future, spotting AI from real will be a skill but for now it is relatively easy I would say.
Another clue in this instance is probably the "Aveson" watermark. It effectively signposts that this is that person's creation rather than it being real or the ID of the babe in question.
And there are also blurred lines between AI and simply advanced Photoshop / digital image creation, which this might actually be; hence the "artist" stating their name; as if to say "I made this".
