The photo I linked to looks like her a bit, but the girl in your photo has three moles on her breast and Colleen doesn't. But the photo is from Outlaw Cigars 2013 calendar. On their website they call her Anna, but in the behind the scenes video on youtube, they call her Margo. I can't find much for either though..
