Plastic bag tax.

In NJ it is ******* to have an open container of ******* in public. However, on NJ transit trains you can ***** all you want.
 
There is a town in Iowa where it is ******* to stand on a street corner, and ***** **** out of a bucket. I want to know what happened to inspire that law. :)

Funny at first read, but thinking about it (really slow day today) since Bangladesh has so many people in such a small area, and a large part of it is prone to major flooding; that may actually be an issue there. Especially if sanitation isn't very good, that could be a crap ton of plastic plugging storm drains.

If they ban them here, I have no idea how I would empty the litter box, plus I would have to start buying plastic trash bags to line the waste baskets.
 
Does the government plan on putting Hefty and Glad outta business next? We can carry our garbage to the street one banana peel and egg shell at a time. I'll be carrying cat turds with BBQ tongs.

They're at again. This time it's not a tax because the money goes to the retailer and not the city. Great, Shoprite needs this additional revenue. The fee is for every size bag paper or plastic. How is the city going to monitor this? Bag police? Plus the city will be distributing reusable bags to low income families but if you purchase with food stamps you don't have to pay the fee. The bill also commissions that reports be filed by each district detailing bag litter in streets, parks, storm drains, etc. How does the Ministry of Bags pay for these programs and oversight?

They also say that 5.2 billion bags are used in the city each year. 625 per person. Where did they get these numbers from? Are you telling me that a ****** of 4 handles 50 bags per week? Convenience stores must charge for the bag but restaurants do not. So if I buy sausage muffin and coffee at 7-11 they will charge me for the bag but McDonalds won't.

On a side note, the city also wants to issue citations to people talking and texting while riding bicycles.

I gotta say, when I'm at the supermarket, I have to specifically tell them to put more stuff into each bag. And they often look at me like I have two heads. And I've been told more than a few times that other shoppers get snippy if they don't get their groceries spread out over more bags. That number may not be wholly accurate, but it's probably not that far from the truth. And now that I think about it, ****** of four, small bags and regular size, 7 days....yep, I'll go along with that number.

It's time to do this now.
 
Too many people are unable to recycle their plastic bags or even ot put them into the thrash can, they just leave them when they doj't need hem anymore. Since it's impossible to fined these people, the best option is to tax plastic bags, make them expensive to the point people will not leave 'em, would rather use as much as they can.
People who make the necessary for these plastic bags to be recycled should also be rewarded, be given a new plastic bag, for free, for each plastic bag they recycle.

It's ******* to smoke in public places (restaurants, museums, theaters, etc.) and in the workplace but it is not ******* to smoke in the street, in your house, in your car, etc...

Where are the government designated areas in the France where people are ****** to smoke? I live in California. We're not much for tobacco but we still like to smoke.
