D&D table top and computer games since Commodore 64. WoW and LOTR for modern MMO (don't play much anymore) and Magic the Gathering, Jyhad, and A Game of Thrones for card game.

but

Vampire/other White Wolf LARP FTW

I played one such game for awhile about 10 years ago. Table top games with figures and cards and such are highly addictive! Only reason I stopped playing is because my friends I played with lost interest.

Funny enough, I was the owner and Mistress of the Brothel for the longest time in the larp. :1orglaugh

Atleast it wasn't all guy's sitting around in someones ***'s basement pretending to have drow on halfling sex :1orglaugh

Well, basements were hard to come by in Florida so instead we dressed up as drows and elves and ran around the state park with foam weapons and little packets of bird seed in cloth that was our "spells." :1orglaugh

Haha, the only spell available was the pigeon conjuring spell "Look, I can make all of these birds appear before me with muh magicks!" :1orglaugh

Now I can really show my geekness. That's a trailer for a HUGE fantasy fair that's going on this weekend with everyone going in costume, lots of LARPing etc. :D

Actually, not pigeons. It was a peacock conjuring spell. They would fight us for the packets since we tried to collect as many as possible for reuse.

Let's see, I've played the original D&D, Star Frontiers, Top Secret and countless hours of the original Dungeon board game. I collected a ton of the Magic cards, and Heroclix as well, though those rapidly got the boot for being a huge ****** space problem.

I started my computer game playing with the C-64, moved on to the Atari and Colecovision system, and onward to my 360 now, as well as pc gaming . (WoW addict since launch. :D)

I've done random larps (hillbilly vampires come to mind) as well as boffer style (Dagorhir, Amtgard) and the more serious pursuits (SCA, medieval faires).

So, yeah, pretty much a geek for life I guess.
