Personal Page Avatar Question

How can this awful green and ancient avatar on my page get replaced with something more realistic and up to date? Of all possibilities aye AYE AYEEE! LOL

Top right hand corner, click "Settings."

Down the left hand menu, "Edit Avatar."

You do need to remember the size specifications when changing your avatar as well. There are many online photo sites which can assist with this, I believe I used Imgur or Pixlr.

I didn't mean my profile avatar. I'm speaking of the small picture if you click on this link to my page: Premium Link Upgrade

That little picture on the top left with my mouth open and my hair looking like a homeless person. I imagine there's no way for me to change it as I've looked everywhere to do so.
