I have only recently discovered this series (which appears to be only nine months old, to date); I also noticed many of the performers are mysteries (the [NOBABE]Czech Super Models[/NOBABE] site does not identify them), and hopefully you will come into play here, by helping to identify the unknowns for the rest of the community.
I think the idea employed by this series is far better than for series such as [NOBABE]Backroom Casting Couch[/NOBABE], and for the majority of the episodes of [NOBABE]Fake Agent[/NOBABE], where most of the women who come in for their auditions have already decided on careers in porn. I far prefer the fantasy to involve innocents who hope to become real models, and get corrupted into the sex play. (Not that the couple of episodes I've seen of this series so far involves much persuasion; the women fall into line immediately, which takes some of the fun out of it.)
Another difference with the usual set-up is that the women in the traditional series are fully aware they are being videotaped, whereas the ladies in this one are secretly being filmed (the descriptions include a spy camera in the man's glasses, although so far all of the shots I have seen involving the man has him wearing no glasses). This aspect adds a little more kink value for those of us who enjoy thinking of the women as being victimized, but the downside is the bad lighting (take a look at many of the dark portraits used on this page), and the sometimes mechanical camera angles. I'd say one very bad part about this series is that the women never get completely naked.

A little confusion:
Member Hos has dug up reference for Actress Beata (info) with a link to the [NOBABE]Czech Super Models[/NOBABE] site; the "Beata" episode #13 features a different actress, however, and none of the other actresses appearing so far resemble Beata. If you check the 2007-11-08 date of the post (keeping in mind that the series only began in mid-2014), we can only conclude there must have been a different site with the same domain name at that time, apparently a database for Czech actresses.
