Although I don't think this is the reason as to why Netvidogirls decided to pull Sam's notorious episode (otherwise her better-known episode would have also pulled a vanishing act; although perhaps it has), for a moment I thought he may have wanted to ease her potential pain, once her real name was revealed. Something that could prove damaging, particularly since she went off on a legitimate performing track. (A career that I'm sad to see appears to have stalled.) I get very upset when the ladies brave the unforgiving waters of pornography, and some horrible people "out" them. I just wrote a post about that on the BCC thread, pointing to an example of tragic results.
Very recently I learned about the "Porn Wiki Leaks" site. Simply evil.

Jander711, just wanted to add to your list, that there are actually 3 videos of Vicky (although I have a feeling 2 might have been shot on the same day) In 2 of them, she's in a schoolgirl outfit, the first one is the intro knock at the apartment door, the second one begins with her asleep in the apartment and the last one "vicky returns" is her in an orange dress.
