Those pills are as bout as useful as a one legged man in an arse kicking competition. If you want to try them, go for it. The only suggestion would be to try and find what looks like the most reputable source. Other than that, your on your own.

Penis elongation is a tricky business. But in all my years the only real way to sustain growth to the particular organ in question is to attach enough weight to it to cause some of the tendons to stretch and stay stretched.

This is why I would advise you to purchase some strong rope or wire that has a good amount of resistance to it. Now if you live in a house this'll be easier but if you live in an apartment it won't be too much of a hassle to do. Climb onto the roof of whatever building you live in or climb a high wall.
