Does anyone know when girls-fucking-guys w/strap-ons first appeared in porn?

I think it's ignorant to call it "gay". Having something done in a particular area isn't gay - homosexuality is being attracted to the same sex. That's all. And getting pegged stimulates the prostate, so there's lots of pleasure in it. Plus it gives the woman the chance to be truly dominant! xD
