I can fully understand your arguments and what you are saying, but there is a very simple solution:
Make your products cheaper, then there will be less piracy. As simple as that.
As long as I have to pay more than 50 bucks for such a movie by whatever dealer, I will always rather watch a bad "pirated" copy than a new copy of a producer.
It may be only 30 bucks in the US, but here in Europe is almost twice as much one has to pay, and that simply is too much.
And, to be honest, even 30 bucks is too much.
Usual porn produced in the same country one lives in is no more than 15 USD or 15 Euro ... so why pay twice as much only because it contains some bondage (and not even a single bit of porn?)
You see, there is quite a gap between the imaginations of the producers and the customers. Close that gap, let's say, make such a movie cost no more than 20 USD and I bet piracy will soon be much less.
The techniques to make such movies became much easier than 20 years ago anyway ...
