Anyone seen the korean film? Thoughts. I am thinking of seeing this but haven't had a chance yet. Did it deserve the acclaim it got at the awards?

I saw the movie and I thought it was okay as it tackles classism with incredible cinematography. I'm glad the movie did good with itself with all the awards but I think it was overhyped. It might be due to Asia's film markets getting bigger and better now. The story of the film wasn't really all that original. But still, go see the movie yourselves.

In no way was it better than 1917, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Joker, or The Irishman. No fuckin way. I guess Asians had to have their day as well.

He's just dissing the film because he's the worst type of parasite himself as he's taking advantage of poor people who wants to get ahead in life just like the main characters in film.

I just saw it. I thought it was excellent, and it WAS deserving of the awards it received.
