Please, specify what exactly he is doing and do not overly use a word that slowly but surely loses all actual significence, if every other guy is called "corrupt"

When someone you are arguing with puts their open hand up aka the stop sign.It usually means that whatever you said or are saying to that person is the truth and they can’t take it.

I'm not sure who/what is to blame for popularizing that one (that stupid show "Friends" maybe?), but it gets on my nerves too. Seems to be most popular with not so cute girls (who try to act cutesy) and effeminate hipster guys who want to be cute.
