This shows what the Obama administration is capable of, sacrificing the nation's safety and making sentences for dangerous criminals who have blood on their hands considerably less important than what they must be. Too bad that people like this guy weren't executed with a bullet in the head.

No, sacrificing the nations safety is done by locking up and torturing innocents; if people know they'll be locked up and tortured for nothing it makes sense to do something to stop it happening (terrorism) because you have an equal chance of being locked up anyways, but at least by fighting your tackling the problem.
