They shouldn't have posed for the pictures or let someone video tape them if they didn't want it on the net.

I say it is fair game. :hatsoff:

That's the new law. If you willing poses for pictures or were willingly video taped you have no right to sue.
Unless you have a signed agreement by all involved. :hammer:

I love how the OP made his last post here and then seemingly hasn't come back to the thread, or board for that matter. When the baby doesnt get its bottle....

Well what can I say?
The fact you'll forego doing what you know is right to take advantage of somebody's error in judgement pretty much says it all

Who me? :dunno:

People need to think before they consent to anything.

Live and learn. :hatsoff:

Yes you.
You're willing to forego what you know is right in order to take advantage of someone's mistake in judgement and/or their betrayal by a current or ex significant other. That's resprehensible. Nobody gave YOU consent to view pictures or videos that were intended to be private.

Go to Tiava's forum. And don't slam the door on the way out. Otherwise, there are some pics of real lady friends on this board. Even Tiava's has only current relationships, as far as I know.

I'm not saying it is right. But, people do need to start thinking before they do things like this. What do they think is going to happen, especially if the relationship ends?

Until my new law is ****** post the pictures and videos on the net at your own risk. :hatsoff:

I'm not saying it is right.

Thank God! :)

That I can't argue with.

This I can argue with.
What should happen is the relationship ends, PERIOD.
The termination of a relationship, no matter what the circumstances surrounding that termination, does not grant one party the right to egregiously ******* the privacy of the other party as it existed during the relationship, no matter how victimized and retributive that party may "feel".
