Jawas and the Tusken Raider (Sand People) no less they are all problems in the desert.

Jawas are annoying little pests that still something, float through, demand some thing be done but not doing any thing about it. Yet they for some reason always remain around.

Tusken Raiders, despite some claims about being ancestors with the Jawas, they are the more hostile, kill, main, destroy type.

In the end both of them are problems. Even though Jawas provide things for outsiders, they still steal and make off with profit.
