Using USPS tracking is only useful if the package is lost. Their system isn't update regularly like FexEX or UPS. Also, us caution with your debit card online as most have no security to fall back on. You can dispute charges on a credit card and not be held responsible. The same isn't necessarily true of your debit.

I don't know. I've ordered many items with my Visa, and no delays or problems ever using a secure server.
Perhaps a call to the card company might get some answers.
