Vivian Silverstone only did a handful of different sets that I know of, unfortunately. But she is not truly a one hit wonder.

To speak of a true one hit wonder that I would definetly like to see more of is Beth from COHF.

I'm sure there are more but I can't think of them ATM.

Lauren Hall made a few vids (mainly for John Leslie) back in the early 90s and then disappeared. Her stuff is so rare that I've yet to find any clips or pics on the net beyond a few box covers. She was probably the most facially beautiful porn star I've ever seen before or since. Her scene in The Tease where she gets massaged and fucked while lying on her stomach remains one of the hottest scenes I've ever watched, and it turned me on for life for that sex position.

However the all-time hottest "one-timer" for me is Michelle Derriere, who appeared, AFAIK, only in Buttman Confidential. I emailed her agent and asked about her. He doesn't think she will be doing any b/g scenes any time soon. After all she has been saying in her interviews.

I told him to tell the women that work for him not to brag so much in the future, then not produce. Then I told him to see if he could talk her into it, because she might as well start young.
She has always intended to be in porn and that's been over five years.
