While we are working hard to make sure things run as smoothly as possible, like any piece of technology, there can be problems. Please take a look at the list below to see if your problem is mentioned:

Q. I'm voting from my iPhone/iPad or android/windows mobile smart phone and I can't log into myFreeOnes. Why?

A. Unless you are using a browser or app that allows you to use flash on your device, you will not be able to use your myFreeOnes user information to log in and vote. You can vote anonymously, however.

Q. I tried voting and it says my votes have been used up for the day. Why?

A. If you are voting anonymously and from a network of some type (wi-fi, mobile phone, home network, work network, or an ISP that uses proxies) it is possible someone voted before you. This is why we encourage voters to use their myFreeOnes user information.

Q. I can't see the vote button.

A. Try hitting ctrl + f5 to refresh your browser.

On my Moto Droid I'm using a combination of the Dolphin HD browser with the Adobe flash 10.1. It's the only thing that allows me to see everything while still being able to use my personal login.

Tip: Make sure that you set your plugins to "always on".

I'm unable to sign in and vote. The thing I think may be causing this is that I'm at a different location therefore IP is different. For the most part I've been doing my voting from my laptop which is in my school residence but now I'm at home and can't log in from my desktop PC. I put in the correct info and when I click login it just essentially refreshes the page and puts me right back where I started.

This is weird. I can sign in fine via Internet Explorer but for some reason can't do it in Firefox, which is actually the latest version.

"I can't sign in at all" isn't very helpful. I need to know how you're trying to sign in. Internet Explorer, FireFox, other type of browser? Are you trying to sign in via a mobile phone, ipad, a different tablet type, PS3, etc?

I've tried signing in via Firefox & IE into Miss Freeones as apparently that makes my votes more valuable than voting anonymously. I can login to myfreeones and to Freeones message board but not to missfreeones for some reason.
