i wouldn't know about preschool i skipped it and kindergarten, straight to first grade for me...perhaps that's part of why i'm out of the drama loop

I agree 100 percent. I just wish a lot of other adults would think the same way.
Sadly, and being honest/frank here, there's so much more to being an adult than the whole age/number thing......there's that whole pesky "maturity" thing also.....and that seems to be the main thing that seems to elude so many so-called adults......and the Internet does little more than provide a venue for "little kids" to show just how immature they are......and a "porn board" only serves as a magnet for that type of person. :2 cents:
Heck, I don't even work for FreeOnes, but I couldn't even tell you how many times I feel like a babysitter and/or that I work at a daycare center given what I see and/or have to deal with on here at times. It's sad really......but it's also true.
It should come as no surprise that the OOTM contest has just begun, and the Twitter, Facebook, and FreeOnes shilling for votes has already begun.....by atleast one "person" anyway. It's not surprising as I said, but it's really sad nonetheless. What's even sadder is the fact that, due to the limited participation in the contests, it's not that hard to do things to essentially rig the outcome through shilling.....and it's rather successful. The whole validating one's existence through begging people to vote for you, and taking into account the type of person that would work on is kind of pathetic when you get right down to it.
Now I can't speak for everyone, and how they feel about me and what I've done to contribute to the board in the nearly 1 year that I've been here, but I've been giving it some thought, and if the OOTM this month plays out the way I suspect it will.....I've decided to go on a prolonged vacation from the board........and when & if I do return, I'll never have anything to do with any of the voting contests on here ever again (including Miss FreeOnes).....aside from OOTW as it has set rules that prevent people from rigging the outcome through the pathetic act of begging for votes. I won't deny that I want to see Nikki Nova win OOTM this month.....but if she doesn't, I'd rather see someone who is truly worthy based on their participation, time on the board, and the fact that they didn't have to stoop so low to beg for votes from.....well I won't even go there (think pathetic losers).....rather than see someone win based upon their ability to shill for votes.
Granted, with a few exceptions, the regulars (members that is) on here are pretty cool.......it's the losers who pop in to vote in the contests because some pathetically desperate person shilled for their vote, and then they pop right back out again that ruin it for me.....and many others as well. Granted, the regulars can't rule & have free run per se.......but if people like me, and others get driven away by people who have no intentions of sticking around......I'd be interested in seeing what the board looks like afterwards.

That is why I made this thread. To remind all the OSCM's to behave. I know who you are talking about and I do think her actions are pathetic and just desperate. Hopefully the members on here will not participate in that kind of stupidity.

Yeah, you're right about that.....I really shouldn't get all worked up over it.....and it's not really even just the antics on here.....it's pretty much any voting type contest on the Internet that is tries to pass itself off as a "merit" based thing.....but it all boils down to who can shill for the most votes (especially when you see that people who show the most support for the shillers basically all have less than 50-100 posts overall). I get annoyed by people who are "famous" for no apparent reason too. So yeah, I'm just getting all worked up over something stupid and silly.....and given my health right now.....that's really not a good thing. I guess one way of looking at it is who is more pathetic.......the one who does the silly ass shit, or the person who gets all worked up over it. Ha ha ha!
Since you asked my angle......I guess it's just vent in general about my overall frustration for people getting ahead, not because of talent or ability, but because they can manipulate, pander, and shill better than the rest. That's all I posted in the contest thread......and that benefitted EVERYONE. So, I'm at a loss as to what I did wrong in there really. People don't follow the rules and directions very well on here.....and I was only trying to help. Feel free to point out where I am wrong in that.

There aren't very many people that I genuinely like on here as people.....and less that I genuinely care about.....so if I am a member of a clique.....someone must have forgotten to tell me, because really....I'm a lone wolf....and I only take my marching orders from J-O-N! 5. I don't make new OCSMs feel welcome? Who said I was talking about a new OCSM? I didn't mention any names. I didn't signal anyone out. I'm at a loss as to who you could be talking about that I don't make feel welcome. My problem is with patterns of behavior, not with any person in particular. Now, yes, of course I am aware of someone who has already engaged in that type of behavior.....but I didn't point any fingers. Have I gone to her thread and posted anything at all? Have I sent her any Tweets on Twitter? Have I posted anything on her Facebook page? Have I sent her any PMs? Have I posted anything to tell people not to vote for her? NOPE! Everyone is welcome on here, and I am generally a very positive person.....it's just sometimes, even when you clearly expect something, when you see it, it sets you off. That's all. That being said, I'm honest and I'm a straight shooter. I like some people on here better than others....and I don't hide that fact. I don't go around telling every woman on here that they are my favorite or they are the greatest. But I don't go around insulting anyone either. Furthermore, unlike a lot of dudes, just because you have two boobs & a pussy doesn't mean my jaw will hit the floor and I'll start drooling. If anything, I'm not fake. I'm all for recruiting new members....but does it have to have a "vote for me" thing attached to it? If one really wants to bring new people over here, so they can participate in their thread or whatever....why not just Tweet...."come see me in my thread....or whatever" and then provide that link? Funny how I NEVER see anything like that. I take that back, I HAVE seen that....but it was from someone who doesn't do the whole "vote for me" thing....so that's an exception. The whole come and vote for me approach, the fact that it's self serving not withstanding, will likely only bring in people who will do as they are told, vote, and then go away. Like I said, my only problem is with the approach, because it doesn't take to much to manipulate the outcome of things on here due to the level of participation being relatively low (as a percentage of the actual membership that is).....and the really active members on here would logically be upset when the outcome is essentially and potentially determined by "hit and run" members......who don't spend enough time on here to make an informed decision. Furthermore, the OCSMs that do take the high road are always at a maked disadvantage.....and I feel sorry for them....because playing nice/fair likely ends up in a loss.
Anyway, God knows the world isn't perfect.....and the sooner people (myself included) accept that basic fact, the happier they will be. Ha ha ha! Like I said earlier, life is too short to spend it worrying about, and getting all bent out of shape over silly stuff. I guess I would just like to see a contest with no actual prize to be free of the drama that crops up during Miss FreeOnes (that does have prizes)....but what are you going to do....like I said, the world isn't perfect. :2 cents:

Jon S, you do understand that this is what many OCSM´s do for a living, right? To most of these girls this is just another place where they can get their name out there and draw people to their websites/camshows. They don´t give a shit about what´s "fair" or if they´re "cheating" in some contest, they just wanna make more money. Sure, there are a few girls who post here because thay actually like talking to people but for most this site is just a place for self promotion (just take a quick look around the forum and count how many girls it is who post in any threads that aren´t about themself). I don´t blame them, if i were them i would try to get every obsessed loser i could find to vote for me, because it would ultimately mean more money in my bank account. I never vote in any popularity contests. Mostly because i have zero interest in them, but also because you know from the start that no matter what the contest is about it´s the chick who´s the best at promoting the contest who´s gonna win anyway.
