the rules for nominating are that shes an OCSM (or at least pending) who has hopefully been active in the past three months. the preferred criteria, at least in my mind, is that the nominee is someone who has in the past week or so participated on the board and contributed to your enjoyment of it. while i like the nominees to participate on this thread and i do try to encourage them to be active on here even when they havent been nominated that particular week, their activity on this thread should preferably not be the primary reason for voting for them. i know that that is often not true, but the nominations and votes should be our showing appreciation for the OCSMs who have taken their time to interact with us.

Thanks Doc that was exactly the answer I was looking for. Is Miss H qualified right now or has she withdrawn her name for a few weeks?. I was a little unclear as to her status. There are a few others worthy of consideration and I think a few participate on other boards within Freeones quite actively just not on the talk section but participate nonetheless whether it is posting on their thread dedicated to them or just saying hello. I do like to throw my votes and noms to the ones that are most active however.

Miss reentered competition last year and has yet to take herself out, so as of right not she is allowed to be nominated. i understand the confusion. Miss can be a tricky one.
yeah, i dont see why it should matter which section the ladies are active in. if they dont participate in the talk section, thats fine. i think even if they just stick to their own thread, as long as they post a few times a week there and interact to some of the people post there then everything is ok. the rest of the board can be intimidating. it sounds like youre playing the game correctly
