OCSM of the Week 2013

Yeah, they usually wait a couple of days for congratulations posts and then open noming.

Unless the rules have been changed, you can nom up to 3 OCSMs a week, and I think noming of yourself is allowed.

However, I'd be honored to nom (on) Harley Spencer this week.

Miss H usually seems to kick off nom'ing around midday on Monday.

This is from the last time the gun was jumped:

WHOA. WHOA. WHOA. hold your horses! Monday does NOT mean nominations. Nominations happen after we finish congratulating the winner. We WAIT until MISS HYBRID tells us to begin or until I get bored of waiting which wouldn't happen until tuesday. This thread is about showing appreciation, so let's at least give the winner a few hours to be appreciated. We already rush things on here enough. every one just have a little patience.

... with the end result being that all early noms were tossed out.
