Obama's visit to Russia: nuclear cuts; use of airspace.

Nuclear cut is so ********* right now. That's not going to happen. If it was really going to happen something should have changed after Gorbachev-Reagan negotiations over START I back in late 1980s.
What i understood from the article is that the both Russia and the USA will make pressure over N. Korea about the nuclear arsenal. Their idea is like "we're cutting it so, N. Korea has to cut it". That's kinda fooling. N. Korea is backed by China and their nuclear arsenal is already disturbing USA and now Russia is disturbed too.
Current world order requires superpowers with nuclear arsenal. They may seem cutting it but they produce more of it underground. Do we know the excat numbers or nuclear warheads owned by USA, Russia and N. Korea? I don't think so.
And why making it now? Wasn't the USA going to build missile shield in Czech Republic to paralyze Russia's nuclear war power? Those asses play a very big game, big and extraordinary.
By the way, Russia got ashamed. Man, Medvedev seems fucking short compare to Obama. lol Don't forget, Medvedev is a puppet of Putin.
