The thing about independent media is - it does not feed you news in a nutshell, because mostly, these issues are not as simple as corporate media are making it.
There is a lot of background info and if you decide on other people chewing thru it for you and giving you the baseline, you let people do the thinking for you.
If i write a summary in, say three or five sentences, who am I to be trusted? Do you know what my interests on handling you and others are?
Because if you do not want to make the effort of looking at articles and other media that leaves this job to yourself, you are giving up your rights of freedom of thinking.

If he deicded that he does not want to watch it, it is his right.
As much as am anti-multinational corporations, can we really say that Banks “control/led” Presidents Bush and Obama, when the legislation ****** in the fall of 08 and spring of 09 kept the banking system from collapsing? How powerful are they if they couldn’t survive without help?
I understand that many folks will MF either President based on their own hatred, but seriously, could you imagine how much trouble we would be in if even a few of those dozens of banks that were right on the edge did collapse?
How long could you survive if all your life savings vanished and all you could do is hope and pray that the FDIC came up with some money for you?
The ceiling limit on what the FDIC would cover used to be 100k. What would happen if everyone that had more than that lost it because banks went into bankruptcy?
If you have direct deposit, it takes weeks to get it stopped. How long could you go without a paycheck?
Point is, yes Dems and Repubs voted for bailing out the banks, but that doesn’t mean anyone is “controlled” by them. I think those that voted to save the whole system from bankruptcy should be commended for making such a bold vote.

So just becasue I don't agree with what your saying makes me not have a place in a political discussion, which Germany are you living in present day or 1939? Last I checked I have the right to speak about politics no matter what you think. You don't like what i have to say then skip over my posts.
