It might be a little off-topic, but since this is a great people were helping me in the past, I thought it's worth a try...

So I try to figure out the fella in the picture, he is some kind of character from a cartoon or whatever... any idea? Or who drew or created it? Thx a lot :hatsoff:

All of the hits I got contained the palazzo text, and the fork in the mouth. (I can't tell if the character in your image has a fork, or something else.)

Of course, palazzo is Italian for palace, but most of the hits I got were for Hotels in the Netherlands...

Looks to be an advertising character from the hospitality industry possibly drawn by an agency in the Netherlands, or at least doing business there...:dunno:
