I found it as someones Avatar on a closed wtf?wtf?wtf?wtf?wtf?wtf?wtf?-tracker, and the photograph is no one else than Bingo Rimér!
So I believe she's from Sweden but she can be from either Denmark or Norway as well, (well, whole world ofcourse...)

I tried search for Bingo Rimérs works and Café and Moore but without any luck
