I think its a lot more likely Noelle would get a breast reduction before she ever got a boobjob , face surgery, or ass implants (which I don't think is a bad idea for most girls in porn).

I hope neither augmentation nor reduction, I think she should ONLY do a surgery if her breasts become very saggy and very low hanging like Holly Brooks, then she should fill them.
