This health care thing is complicated because there are so many layers to it. HMOs added layers and the ACA just added more. Health care should be affordable to all but all we are getting is more regulations and paperwork. It's gotta be reduced to simple to save costs. If this is what the right promised then they better deliver. Yea it's complicated but they should have something to present as a building block by now.

I think we're all on the same page here, but with the Pelosi deflection taking up so much of this thread, I think it's worth getting back to the point, which Supafly summarized:

The point is not that Healthcare is complicated. This was only a surprise for one involved, and that was the guy who kept mouthing off he got this, he will cover every citizen, he would have a plan so much better than the ACA.
