anyone get this new release?
i got the CD and DVD cause they are the one group i never got to see live before the inevitable happened.

i am watching the DVD right now and its pretty freakin awesome reliving the early 90's again! :)

i saw Alice in Chains 2 times b4 layne left this world.
and i was set to go see a reformed Stone Temple Pilots but my hockey team was playing in a tournament in Vegas and i had to skip the STP show which i heard was good but they were late to the stage because Scott weiland was either getting high or was a normal rock star who was a fuckhead prima donna and decided to let the paying fans wait.
everyone else i like/liked i have seen live

Alice in Chains is my favorite band, I'm jealous that you got to see Layne. I've only seen them once with the new singer. Have you gotten the new AIC? Its pretty good.... not great like the old stuff, but good.

Oh, and I would have had to skip that hockey game for STP. I've never seen them either.

yes i did get the new AIC i like it and the new guy isnt bad at all i can forsee them making a few more ...he sounds just like layne
the hockey tournament in vegas was sorta a "MUST" because we won the tournament the previous year in toronto and then were going back to defend our title so i had to go.

Its amazing, imo!
Just got it yesterday and its intersesting how theres a few songs on it that would later surface on the In Utero album. The best songs off it are Negative Creep, Aneurysm, Breed, Territorial Pissings and Lithium.
A funny side note....... listen to Sliver and I dont know if its that they screwed with Kurts voice in the recording or it was kurt himself actually fucking around but his voice goes from his patented screech to a whisper mid lyric......weird! :bowdown:

I've always thought Nirvana were very overrated, but I still like their music.

I doubt I'll buy the DVD but I will watch it whenever I get a chance, maybe lovefilm will rent it out?

This gig is thought of by many as one of their best shows, and also one of Readings best performances so I'm sure it will be worth it.

I'm amazed they've waited so long to release this.
