Doesnt Nina ever post on here anymore? shamei know she hasnt filmed in over 2 years. (the new dvd was filmed while back) hope she doesnt end up fading into obscurity coz she wll always be my fav pornstar. Would die to work with her as im sure we all would.

Somebody from the industry was telling me she is charging a lot for her BG scenes now and no company is able to afford her BG scenes. He was saying due to piracy profit margins have shrunk for studios which is why pornstars have lowered their rates to accommodate studios but seems Nina is still maintaining her same rate and margin. Nina could easily make same money by doing more scenes with these studious as there is a big demand of her BG scenes but almost no supply. One movie comes in 2 years. I hope she starts meeting her BG scenes demand in the market. With doing more BG scenes with these studios like brazzers she will definitely increase her reach to more global audiences than with her network. I know all her fans wants to see more of her and her current demand is atleast for 5-6 movies or 10-12 scenes a year which may or may not be there in future as audience gets divided. I don't understand business that much but hope Ray and Nina does.

Maybe she is just happily married and dont wanna shoot with no one else nowdays. Been there done it and doesnt need the cash. Coz in the not too far distant future with time, the oppurtuntiy would have passed, some fans would have moved on, and i dont think she would let herself be in the position thinking what may have been. Her scenes were really hotting up and smoking when she left vivid, would have been intresting to see the others she would have done had she stayed.

I'm a fan. I know from reading here from time to time that Nina and Ray are concerned primarily about piracy. While that's certainly understandable, the fact is they'll have to get real at some point and realize that this business has really changed over the years. It's a double-edged sword: if entertainers combat the piracy, fans get irritated because they don't want to pay for the content. If entertainers don't combat the piracy, they lose direct revenue. But, the caveat to that is the adult film stars that are making tons of money are the ones whose content is fairly easy to find across the internet (i.e. Nikki Benz, Lisa Ann, etc). They are popular because they are freely available. Is their content being ripped off? Sure. But, if you take somebody like Nikki Benz as an example, I'd wager she's doing much better financially. I think Nina is great, but I'm not going to pay for the content.
