15 weeks #pregnant now finally got my thyroid in level it's been a long 8 months but I think now these meds may work. I feel some water and extra weight dropping off from the #hypothyroidism issue. Underneath I'm pretty muscular but I haven't been able to get my levels right in a while. I finally see light at the end of the tunnel, it's been a long hard journey with this. I've been doing cardio 4-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes depending on if I lift weights that day and I have to say being active this pregnancy has changed me in so many ways I'm happy I have energy I feel great about my weight. If you can stay active during pregnancy ladies even if it's two 15 minute walks every other day. I can feel this little boy kicking already it's so crazy he's gonna be a strong one
