there aren't any visual effects - the camera is shaking because it's likely a gopro on one of those tiny flexible tripods, and it wasn't put in a steady, level position (it's likely the flexible tripod is wrapped around a fence or pipe or something along those lines) you can tell this because the sound of the wind buffeting the microphone coincides with the shaking camera. also, if the "shaking" were a visual effect added in editing, there wouldn't be any sense of depth parallax - i.e objects closer to the camera that appear to move more than objects further from the camera when it shakes.

You are all wrong. First they had to go shopping on EBay for a flux capacitor. Those are extremely hard to come by. Then they pulled their DeLorean out of the garage and installed the Flux Capacitor. After which they did a cross country tour to find a straight line to reach a certain velocity. Going back in time Joey was able to film the scene while simultaneously dry humping Nikki.
