I question the value of membership too, if through contractual restriction Phil you cannot show what we all want to see where Nikki is concerned, then fair enough stop the b/s and say so. To my mind Phil you must have loads of stuff where everything is on show, with the amount of shoots you did together. I really doubt that there are any full nudes of Nikki in my vault and I don't recall saying I had any. We never got fully nude, except this one time in the back of my Hummer after killing two bottles of wine.
I am sorry that I cannot update fast enough for some of you... this is a business and there are lots of other members that don't care about Nikki content. I have a to update for everybody... and that means that you will not be happy every week.
I believe my price point to be real fair and relative to the amount of content that I am able to publish.
Keep in mind... this is a one man show. I will explain a little about my processes, so that maybe you can understand what's happening a little better.
I know that I left a lot of the small details out, that take a lot of time. Maybe this list will help some of you understand, that some of us adult content producers don't just party and jerk off all day long. I am on my computer anywhere from 8 to 14 hours a day.
The economy and sales do not allow for a large company like I had in the early 2000's. I am actually happy about that, because with an office of employees... I was never able to release my content the way I wanted to. It was chopped up, bad colors, and all kinds of stuff that I did not like. Those times, I had 15 or so live solo girl sites. Every week needed an update pumped out like a machine. Some of the art was lost in the p-f machine of those days.
When you think of my price points and what the site is delivering, it's not too bad of a deal at all. And keep in mind, I cannot satisfy all of you today. As soon as I get an email about a certain Nikki set, I get another about Kristi, or Kendall, or MeganQt, Blueyez, etc.
I can relate to your bummed feelings though. A lot of times I go to UFC.com to see what's new... and if nothing excites me, or Dana White did not do a fun blog to watch... I leave the site rather quickly.
It's really hard to get some of this stuff out, timely and done right, and to satisfy all.
I can tell you this... I am doing my best

To those of you that are not satisfied, I am sorry. I have what I have, and I am re releasing it the right way as fast as I can.
My business does need and appreciate you, but at the same time... there are other slices of the "sales pie" that my business needs to make happy as well. Balancing this, is difficult without employees. But with employees... it's never done right. So what do you want... orange pics and crappy squeezed up video... or corrected pics and correctly processed video.

Keep in mind... this is a one man show. I will explain a little about my processes, so that maybe you can understand what's happening a little better.
- Find & Ready a Set - This takes about an hour. I have to go through my content drives, find a photo set, go to my Final Cut Pro video libraries and find the matching video. All of which are organized, but it still takes time. Then there is also prep time, in Lightroom I have the software build 1 to 1 previews for quicker editing. In Final CUt Pro, I make sure the video is deinterlaced and set into a proper project with proper settings.
- Edit Video - Going through 5 to 30 minutes of video takes two to three times it's original length. Remove a baby crying in the background sound, remove a model coughing, remove extreme camera shake from the video guy, analyze color and re render the timeline. Make whatever cuts and transitions that are necessary. Render a master file. Compress the master file through Compressor to make MP4 low res and high res versions to play on the web. That's not all either, I know I missed lots of little steps.
- Develope Photos - Go through on average 60 to 300 pictures, and reject the bad pics. Get the set down to a nice set of hot pics and keepers. Keepers meaning, it might not be the hottest, but it is a rare view of the model, or she is doing something different that you still may want to see, even if it is a bit blurry or whatever. Anyway, this process takes a couple hours. Then go through and color correct. Using auto white balance and tone rarely works. So there are manual adjustments to be made. The nice thing is that I can sync a pics settings to another similar pic, which speeds up the process. But a set could start in front of a window and end on a bed in another room. So there are lots of different white balances and tones to be adjusted. Unless you want the pics right off the camera, like my photo editors that were college educated used to do. After color correcting, there are camera spots, pimples, bruises, and other edits for each picture. I would say 1 to 3 minutes per pic for spot edits. Do the math... a small set of 60 pics takes maybe 1 to 2 hours of color correcting, and 2 to 3 hours of editing. That's a day of work almost.
- Hot Shots & Promo - Find the set thumbnail, poster, create animated gifs, promo material for the promoters, and possibly create a trailer preview video... another day of work..
- Export & Publish - Export the set of pics as gallery, export as premium, export thumbnails, upload gallery and make sure it all works. Then upload videos, make sure they work in the player and are downloadable as well. Write a rich description for the set, something fun, interesting, and blah blah blah... writing a web page is not that easy, unless of course, you just write some shit, don't put any links or text decoration in, but when you do that. It looks like a shitty set if you ask me.
- Promo - Once published, I have to write an email to my promoters with the new promo content. Also, I make my Twitter post, board posts, etc.

Another thought as I make another cup of coffee this morning, before starting work. Yeah... starting work on a Sunday... that's me
My thought is about consumption. I was Christmas shopping with my wife last night, and as we slowly walked through all of the stores and she picked up, touched, and commented on everything... I would randomly pick up something and read the back to see where it was made. China, China, China, China, China, China!
I looked around at other shoppers, I could see the justification bubbles above their heads. I need this, I could buy this for my grandchild who already has toys scattered across his bedroom floor. He has so many toys that he does not even know what the fuck to pick up and play with. Women, putting a Keurig coffee maker in their cart... oh... this will be a nice gift to give. On and on and on.
I looked around at the store and thought... wow... Americans are fucked. They consume, consume, consume... they want more and more... RIGHT NOW.
Binge watching... no longer do we wait a week for our favorite episode. We watch all 15 episodes on a two day binge, we miss work because of the late nights. The employer suffers with a loss of production... blah! WTF.
The old days, parents taught their kids patient's, value, earning, appreciation. These days, a lot of people are not happy, unless their house is filled up with a bunch of plastic shit made in China. And if their garbage can is not filled to the brim with plastic, cardboard, and cellophane wrappings... then what the fuck. They must not have consumed enough that week. Better get to Target or Walmart ASAP, so I can fill up the garbage can with more evidence of mass consumption.
I would offer a different method of thinking... some of you will like it... some of you won't.

The issue is that simply re-releasing content (understanding that you put effort into reworking the quality) that has nothing new, doesn't work for the majority of your subscribers. I feel like the only way you are going to retain this newly re-excited group of Nikki fanatics will be to release something monthly with something more than we've seen before. Not full nude or her pulling train with a basketball team, just a new nipple slip we haven't seen before, etc. That is what we want, and even though the site is cheap, anything is too much for sets and videos that could be found by a simple google search.

I agree with you and understand what you are saying, beezerbiker. Without something new... the newly excited Nikki people will not be satisfied. But like I said... I have what I have... and I am processing it as fast as I can. Not every set will have what you want. Hell, I don't even know what sets will have what you want. I know what you want... but finding it is like a needle in the haystack.
This latest set, was requested by a paying member. What kind of customer service is that? Taking member feedback and giving him what he wanted. I think it is pretty good customer service.
I do have more needles, I know exactly where most of those needles are... but if I released them all this month... you will be happy... and you will forget my name and move on. I cannot do that. I can't blow my wad in one month. Someone said it before... I am a businessman and I have to make business decisions.
As I progress... I am sure I will stumble into more needles and release them as well.
I disagree with you on the free Google search statement. Yeah sure, you can find anything you want out there. Is it the premium version. Has it been altered, resized, recompressed? Some are happy with this quality of content... some are not. Some people are of with spending hours of searching. Some people want it in it's highest quality from a trusted source... those are the people that allow me to stay in business... and those are the people that I do my best to please.
I understand and realize that some or a lot of you will not be happy with this. The way and timeliness in which my content is being released... is the only possible way.
I wanted a new Star Wars movie for years... but how long did it take? I wasn't exactly happy, that for years and years... there were no new Star Wars movies. But I was hopeful, I lived my life... and then out of the blue... a new Star Wars movie. This is not much different man.
