Nikki, it is my fervent hope that in their short sightedness the bank/ lending agent screws themselves and that nobody shows at the foreclosure meeting... & that you're able to be there to bid offer them a Lincoln for their attituge and behavior... I'd say a Washington, but for a dollar you might have to bid against the auctioneer.

Seriously, stranger things have happened than lenders not finding a buyer for a property. Hopefully there will be resoultion that lets you stay and eliminates the stress and hassle.

Alan my situation is FAR more complicated than anyone elses I have ever heard of in my life and I really don't want to get into it so I will just clarify a few things.
1). I don't want this house. I NEVER did. That's the whole issue/point. I was already living in and renting the house from the previous owner the time of my accident. The sale was illegal and without my clear knowledge or consent only 1 week and a half after coming out of a coma. That was the FIRST predator that came at me after that accident. The owner acted as the mortage broker of the sale of his own home to me and only out his wifes name on the sale documents so it wouldn't look AS suspicious. I found this out when gettinga copy of the sale from the cunty because I didn't even have closing documents or know what had happened until getting bills in the mail!
2). I was fighting it in court for years but made a concious decision to just "let it all go" Everything stemming from that one fucking day and that one god damned accident that brought predators and theives out of the woodwork has literally 100% completely consumed my time, energy, life and has taken a massive physical and mental toll on me due to stress. I just want it out of my life and behind me and to move back to California and focus on the future and the life that I want rather than the one that I have settled for thus far.
It's really that simple
3). as far as the house not selling ...that doesn't matter. If they don't have a buyer for it then it just goes back to the bank. Either way they need me out of it so they can do what needs to be done in order to show it and sell it.
I have about another month here now. I just found that out yesterday evening.
Now if ANY of you have even the slightest inclination to offer up any suggestions or info legal or otherwise DO NOT!!!!!! I have been dealing with this for years and have spoken to all kinds of experts and it is a very complicated and in depth situation and everything you say I will have to counter and explain and it will annoy the everliving fuck out of me because it will essentially be another way in which these very crimes will be stealing my time and energy away from more productive things.

Sorry to hear about the foreclosure on your house, and on of all days, V day. Having your own house is pretty much everyone's dream and to have that taken away, particularly when it's through no fault of your own, well that just truly blows :( My heart goes out to you.
I too kinda wonder about lawyers, attorneys and the whole legal system sometimes. Fortunately I've never had any legal dramas personally but if I ever did I'm not sure how much faith I'd have that the right outcome would prevail.

Nikki i see that you are going to do a webcam show on sunday its that going to be cammodels? if so do you know what time its going to be? Since i work mostly nites if you ever do any in the day time can you let me know

No. The only place I can think of where I was talking about doing a can show on Sunday is in a daily diary entry on MY own website WITHIN the members area so then that would make the cam show on my own website www.nikkinova.com and within the members area. Did you see it somewhere else? You have me totally confused.

What I do for my website members is exclusively for them. That is part of what the membership is about. Yes I go onto other cam "networks" om occasion as well and do shows but those are shows that are pay per minute and people don't get as much of the specific attention as on my site. No is the answer. ALL of the cam shows that I do for my website are only seen by my site members and the cam show on Sunday will be no different. Now whether or not I will also log on to another cam network at some point in the day , I have no idea. Depends on my mood and my schedule with my other work. I never really schedule myself on the networks because I prefer to just log on and see how they are first. Sometimes the crowds are jerks and sometimes their nice. If I log on and they're jerky then I like having the freedom to log off and come back later or possibly even not at all if it affects my mood really badly. I am only explaining all of this so that you and anyone else reading this knows that to catch me on either of the networks I work on is a bit like playing the lottery. The only place that there is a schedule that can be counted on for me being live is my website....just fyi.

Not as bad as a lot of others mokbel, l lost quite a bit of fencing either flattened or washed away and some crops were pretty well ruined.Fortunately... l was lucky enough to have harvested a fair bit before the rain and floods arrived.......Yes, heres hoping the worst is over:)

Nikki....Mother Nature unleashed all her fury down here during Jan/Feb. Most of the eastern half of Australia had a HUGE amounts of rain, which cause some major floods. Quite a few people lost their lives, homes were washed away or completely submerged up to there roof. some small town/communites have been almost wiped out. with a lot of people not able to return to their homes for months. Theres been a HUGE ammount of damage caused. An area larger in size than the UK, France and Germany combined was flooded and under water. Then on top of that a category 5 Cyclone Yasi wiped out part of Queensland, leaving a fair bit of destruction in it's path.

We'll bounce back though:)
