You know guys, it is really sad. This whole thing is sad.
As you may notice, I am Greek, and my country has got an almost non-existent tradition in porn. I know that, probably, I won’t meet a porn star, will never talk to one. But this board is my connection to the industry. And I know it is not always a beautiful industry, or the motives are not always good, the people in it are not angels, and it’s not all fun and games. But I think that there are people in it that are not only beautiful on the outside, but on the inside also. We care about people we will never meet, never talk to, but sure as hell do care about them.
If you asked me, I find many porn stars more beautiful than Nikki. But I do care about her, I would have liked to meet her and buy her a coffee, talk to her for half an hour, not necessarily about porn. She is not just a 2-D figure on a screen, she is a real person and the world is going to be just a little bit uglier if she leaves us. So, let’s forget whether it was right or wrong never having medical insurance, let’s forget what we think about each other in here. This thread is just about caring for another human being. Let’s just hope that she will not leave us. We are all connected in here, because of our basic instincts. And to me it feels good that from even that, that us, the so-called “porn junkies” or “Peeping Toms”, can show that we care for a person we shall never meet, and shall never know our names. That we care for her not because she has great tits or great ass, but because she is human.
